I love Jesus, photography, fall weather, hugs, Alabama football, food, tv, singing, bonfires on a cold night, disney movies, carmex, laughing, cuddling, musicals, sleeping, shoes, stretching, the beach and makeup. I'm also 1/4 Korean. I love that, too.

It’s Mitochondrial Disease Awareness week! :) Mito Disease is considered “rare,” yet it is at least as common as cystic fibrosis. Every 30 minutes, a child is born who will be diagnosed with a mitochondrial disease by age 10. 80% of those children will not survive their teenage years. Show your support by wearing a green ribbon this week. I’m wearing my ribbon for my brother, Jonathan. He’s 9 years old and was diagnosed with Mito Disease when he was about 3 or 4. He has a feeding tube and has no motor control. He can’t sit, walk, talk, cry, swallow, or even hold his head up. Help me spread awareness and learn more about the disease at umdf.org.
